Beautiful Camp Ground
Very nice campground and very family friendly. I have pets so they have a very nice dog walk. Very nice facilities. Only thing negative is that it is Some times over crowed. They are working to expand camp sites. Night time security. Must be a member and a bit expensive. Lake view from almost all sites. Indoor and outdoor pools, output golf, basketball courts, Tennis courts, restaurant, children's arched, club house. I stay here frequently
Beautiful lake
Mountain Lakes is the other site we stay at the most in the Ocean Canyon resorts, because it is absolutely beautiful and on a very big lake. The roads were just made to be hottop about a year or so ago. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool, so the kids have somewhere to swim when a thunderstorm happens. We stayed in one of the cabins for 50 dollars a night, had a lot of fun. Brand new TVs, cable, internet access. Wireless seemed to be working fast. There always seems to be something going on there whether for the kids or something more suited to my wife and I, my wife especially loves the water aerobics. We always have fun at Mtn. Lakes and think it is one of the more beautiful spots in Alabama.
