3 Rivers Outfitters Hardy AR !!very disappointed!!

the cabins were ok other than soiled blankets but the attitude of owner donna was horrifying!! we spent over $300 but were treated like garbage. the owner actually yelled at me twice!! we were their only customers on our snd night stay & should have been treated as such but not so. owner donna had promised us a raft @ $85 but the next morning she had changed it to $100 & would not get off her phone to speak w/me about it. Screamed at me to go to the office. i was shocked at being treated that way so we left w/out our trip. i had planned/saved 3 months for this little vacation & it truly broke my heart to be treated so horribly. i wish i had taken the time to read the reveiws b4 i threw my $ away on this place. i see it is for sale. i hope the next owners care about their customers. i actually thought donna was going to sic her rottweiler on me. bad bad experience!!
