Mixed feelings
Overpriced, cash (exact change only) or check, mostly TT and 5th wheels from transient workers, convenient to hwy, FHU, pull thru, gravel, nice mgr, would stay here again in a pinch but would plan better and be somewhere else.

Sufficient not fancy
We stayed here for a week. They have a laundry and large showers. The wifi is spotty and in not dependable. Cable works well and has a good selection. They do not allow anything outside so be prepared for a visit from the grumpy owner if you are air drying anything. Spaces are long and pretty level with 30 or 50 amp power, water and sewer. Most residents seem long term but the park is kept clean and is quiet.
