Ok place for a few days

Clean and quiet. Staff ok. What was very annoying is that the Park water was turned off for several hours with prior waning. We were told Park worker broke a water line. This happened to Mondays in row. However I haven't heard other reviews mentioning this problem.

Our GO TO RV site for PIR Racing

We travel 900 miles to NASCAR events in the spring and fall at PIR, and Cotton Lane is the place we stop prior to going to the track. It is quiet and convenient to the I-10 freeway and just a few miles to the track. Cotton Lane gives us a place to empty all of our RV holding tanks and fill all of the water tanks prior to a week of dry camping at the track. We have used the laundry facilities (good equipment & clean) and have found the resort having easy access to grocery shopping to stock the RV prior to entering the track. We have stayed here twice a year since 2008 and have found the pricing good for a one or two night stay.

Clean and okay

Beautiful pool, very clean, kind of sterile. Few plantings and no shade. Just didn't feel very friendly. Served the purpose for the one might we were there and the location was convenient. $34 with AAA discount.

What a great place…

We checked this place out a few years ago but could not remember why we did not stay…immediately upon check-in we remembered…you must be 50+ to stay…we are now over 50 so we stayed. Huge indoor pool & spa all newly tiled with the perfect temperature and jets…large laundry facilities being remodeled, at this time missing tables for folding which made it a bit inconvenient…newly remodeled restroom/shower area, not the best layout, we like the showers with locked doors, these did not have that convenience…good size level sites with FHU and patio pads…quiet, even though it is located close to Interstate 10. This may end up being our new park to stay while in the Phoenix area…it is owned by the same owners as the Pioneer RV Park that we usually stay at but this one is located much closer to PIR.

They accept Good Sam & AAA for 10% discount.
