Great Beautiful clean place
Great clean camp with Beautiful view. Nice people, very good organized.
Park is clean Staff is very acomadating and pleasant. Only reason I did not rate higher is the price for a site a little pricey
Saver space with great views, pool, clean Sanitary facilities, nice helpful staff, but not so easy to find, not well marked, and the address was not with our NAVI, and be careful with the time zones, show my constantly 1 hr before and back again, so we were 1 hr too early before the enclosed showers;)
Had a great stay. Sites are a little tight for a big rig. But, the people are outstanding. Had a break down in the valley. They came and got us no charges. They helped me get a tow set up from inside the park.
This is a nice, but older RV park. It has great accommodations for the remoteness. The sites are narrow and not easy to get picnic tables level. I would stay here again. The staff is friendly. It is a beautiful area.
Clean and favorably located
The place is well maintained and the location is favorable to visit Monument Valley.
It's all there, what you need. Only the staff could sometimes be friendly.
Long potholed road to get here
Adequate park with VIEWS. Crummy narrow pot holed road to get to it.
All to ourselves
In January as you might expect the park was empty when we pulled in.
Arrivig after dark and after the office was closed. We called the lodge and was promptly given the code for the bathroom and the wifi. They run it on the honor system in winter and the next morning we made good on our rent for the three nights we were going to send there.
Showers, restroom were warm and clean.
Only game in town
This is a stunning location, nestled up in between towering red rocks. And, if you want hook-ups while in Monument Valley, it's your only option for miles around.
The campground is part of the Goulding's resort community, well maintained remnants of a depression era trading post that turned into a film location for John Wayne. Lots of tours available for the tourist minded.
The campground is very well maintained, and the sites nicely sized with decent space between them. The views amazing.
The biggest downside is the price, it's definitely tourist priced - and many of your neighbors will be rental RVs.
Our Verizon 3G has decent signal, our AT&T was off network Edge. The park's free wifi was iffy.
