Awful place, bad management

This park is almost all long term, working residents. We stayed for several months but it's on the dumpy side, lots of cigarette butts and debris that was never picked up by park maintenance and the manager's office reeks of cigarette smoke. UGH! The "dog area" stunk! The management was terrible, park rules only apply to some. If we ever have to be back in the areas for an extended stay in the future, we'll stay elsewhere.

BAD Management,

I stayed at the Tempe Travel Trailer Villa for 6 months. The manager, more than once, requested that I pay in "CASH" instead of credit card. I mentioned this to my neighbor (who has been there over a year) he told me never pay in cash. Seems as though cash seems to disappear in that office. I had a problem one night and was unable to contact the manager. When I mentioned this to her the next day, She laughed and said she was out. Park rules seem to be for just a few and not all. If you complain about a problem, Diane will tell you she will look into it, but never does. I only once saw her out and about in the golf cart looking around. I was witness to going off on a man yelling, waving her arms, and making threats if he didn't get pulled out by that afternoon. Even if he were wrong, she was "VERY" unprofessional in the way she handled things. I at one point ask for a number for the owner, (to file a complaint) and was told "NO, he does not want people calling him."

The TTTV is a small quiet place, next to a police station on E. Apache Blvd. Other than staying a few or a week, I would NOT NOT NOT recommend staying for ANY length of time. If the owner(s) were to take more interest, get better management, clean up and have WAY better maintenance it would be a much better place for long term. I travel through the area a few times a year, and would only use TTTV as a last resort.
