Old mentality!

Nice resort for being in the desert, however I feel they cater more to the snowbirds than visitors! We have a 43 ft. Coach
And requested " premium site"
A nice pull thru in a sea of a open vacant parking lot! We were escorted to our site right next to a old 1960 trailer, which the escort stated " don't worry there gone for the summer! Needless to say in this vast openness we relocated! Then 2- nights into our 5- night stay, we parked our car parallel to us( again there is nobody here) instead of behind coach, a banging on our door at 9 pm you have to move your car! They put another 40 ft coach 2 inches away from us! Are you kidding!
Not considerate of visitors at all
Just stack them like they do in the winter! However, the pool is wonderful, security is great, level concrete pads! Town is difficult to figure out, no " really nice" part of town. Staff very friendly,
But did not provide any information for around town!

Escape if you can

I felt like we were in an episode of the old British TV series, The Prisoner. There are rules, rules and rules. If you smile and follow the rules, you will be OK.
This park is NOT pet friendly, even though they allow pets. People with pets are allowed to walk down only certain roads, which is great for people who don't like pets and don't want to clean up after irresponsible owners, but heaven forbid if you are walking without your map and wander down a forbidden street. It is impossible to walk out of the park with your pet, because the entrance is a forbidden road. The pet walking areas are drainage ditches and if it has not rained for a while, they are awful.
The park advertises WiFi, but WiFi is an extra fee.
We were forced to pay extra for an oversized spot because our 17 ft TT had a slide out - rules are rules - even though we would have fit just fine in a standard spot.
But they smile with this full of teeth pseudo friendly grin when they tell you the rules and rules and rules.
Run away while you can.

Overpriced 55+ park catering to snowbirds

This 55+ park is predominately park models and is setup to cater to the snowbird crowd. There are dedicated RV sites (both pull thru and back in) unlike the common park model scenario where your rig is parked on empty park model lots.

We had a blacktopped pull through site that was long enough for both our 45' bus + 20' trailer combination and our car parked behind us. There is a concrete patio next to your rig with a small plastic picnic table on it. The sites are surrounded by gravel - no lawns here.

The sites are also narrow - if you were here when the park was full in season, it would be very tight.

Off season daily and weekly rates are absurdly high and additional fees (resort fee, etc) are tacked on. In addition, they are completely inflexible about the age requirements - if a member of your party is not 55+, don't even think about staying here.

Verizon and ATT voice and data worked well here. Exercise room, pools, etc. are top notch - designed to cater to the seasonal snow bird crowd.

We would only recommend this in the off season (if you can stand the heat), at least one of you is 55+ and you are willing to be located well outside Tucson proper.
