Great time

Park has been turned over and we can't wait to return again this year. Everything is not new but works and the people make up for anything it might be missing. The park is being improved every year . We do so much . Have to go into Mexico for shrimp taco's at least once a week. See castle dome and the proving grounds and of course date milk shakes. If youwant to do something it is not hard to find

Good spot, new management

This park has seen its share of ownership changes since we started coming here in 2007 and feel that it is starting to turn the corner again. Facilities have been updated and improved. The pool and hot-tub are warm and well kept. New machines in the laundry room and renovated washrooms are but a few of the improvements that greeted us this season. The gravel streets are to receive a chip coating later as well. The park is being well maintained too. The new owners are committed to this park and its residents. A good spot and great folks!

Our 2014 stay

This is a very quiet place. Extremely dusty, as nothing is there to block the wind, and the roads are all gravel. we had an outside water leak that they never fixed in 3 months. It kept flooding our area. Everything is quiet after 7pm. Chickens & roosters run around the place, and the bugs make is difficult to be outside until the sun goes down. Park manager is a nice man and the office manager is also very helpful. Her husband, who is the maintenance guy is another story. Family circumstances arose causing us to pull out early. The day we were leaving after 90days of being there, the maintenance guy came over and begins cussing at my husband without having his information accurate. His accusatory words and belittling comments were a sure sign of his true colors, not to mention validating the phraseology 'trailer park trash'. When I went out and confronted him, he turned to me with a raised hand & a clenched fist ready to hit me. My husband & I were shocked. I would not recommend this place to anyone. All trailers are run down, hot tub was broken and just way out of the way for shopping.

We've been winter residents at this park going on 8 years We leave our trailer there year round and its always there when we get back. Its ture it is an older park but its quite and there are activities going on most of the time if you care to join in The residents are friendly and your always welcome to add ideas for activities. If you find things are not up to your satifaction just go to the office and they will try and take care of it. I find You can't please all people all the time and some you can't ever please Its your retirement make it the best you can I would say give it a chance or you will never find that dimond in the rough

Never again!

Sand, a few crushed stones, and a broken concrete pad were where we parked our travel trailer for two nights. On both sides and behind us, we were so close, we could hear neighbors' activities inside their RVs! My husband was so disgusted by the mens' room, he couldn't use the facilities, so I chose to not even consider using the ladies' room. If one likes coziness with other RVers, this park might be for you. Weather is great!
