We are nestled in between Sacramento & Roseville and are close to the many attractions our area offers. Historic Gold Discovery sites and Historic Towns in the nearby Mother Lode. Local Rivers and Lakes offer fishing and water sports for all ages. California State Capitol is only 20 minutes away as well as many top-notch Golf Courses. Napa and Amador counties offer the finest in California Wines and they are both nearby. Sacramento Kings NBA Basketball and Sacramento River Cats (Oakland A's affiliate) are also area favorites.

Friendly and Quiet

I came across this on RV parking and I am glad to have checked this place out. Wasn't too sure at first because it was on a major street but it sets well off the road and I didn't even get any traffic noise. The people here are all very friendly and many walk for exercise and to be social. The rates are decent and the park is beautiful, I will surely stay here again.

Quiet, Clean Secluded

We love this park, it is our second stay here and we will always include this stop in our plans. The sites are all clean and well maintained and the residents are happy & helpful. This park is near everything, Old Town Sacramento, Local Malls and shops, plenty to do in the nearby areas. Someone else mentioned how it is secluded and that is such an asset. Shady, Quiet, friendly people make this a wonderful stop in our 5th wheel.

This is the cat's 'meow' - but you should keep it a secret

We were referred to this MHP by an associate from a hotel in nearby Roseville. We were looking for an affordable alternative to stay weeks or months. After we twice passed the little Imperial Manor sign on Auburn Road, we were VERY happy (and pleasantly surprised) to find that this park met all of our RV needs. We're in a 36' coach, with a towed and a cat! The managers, Bill and Mary, took great care in getting us settled. The surrounding neighbors were very friendly, and the various events offered at the clubhouse were inviting and entertaining. We spent 3 months here - October through December - and enjoyed every day.
But don't tell anyone about this place, else we'll never get a space again.

Nice park

Great overnight or long term RV parking. 30 RV spots, some drive thru and some back in. We are on a 40' motor home with 50 amp service. The spaces have gravel with a concrete patio area. Also most have a small landscaped grass area. A lot of the spots have mature trees for shade. Pets must be on leash or if you have smaller dogs, the pet pens are OK. Keep in mind this is a 55 and older park so it is quiet and with only the pool to keep younger kids busy. Nice laundry facilities, friendly neighbors and staff and close to any shopping you may need. We are here for several months so are paying the monthly rate of $464.00 plus electric and trash. We think this is very reasonable.
