Hidden Pines RV Park

UGH!

We made reservations and paid for them ahead. We were told we were getting a nice large site and the rv park had beach access. We arrived and were showed our site which was a small site in the middle of residents. Our neighbor would have been a horse trailer. There is no pictures of the site area where he was going to put us. It was like an RV storage area with full hookups. The beach access was across HWY 101 and down a cliff. Not what I call beach access. We did not stay there and he refused to give us a refund. Had he told the truth about the sites and the beach, all would be fine. Then to top it off, he left a mesage on my phone asking if we would give him permission to rent the space out. Not only is he not willing to give us a refund, but he wanted to double book it! Also, we asked for the manager numerous times and he was conveniently never around. We recommend Pomo RV Park!
