Perfect view

We could choose for an ocean view site. Really nice place with beautiful view. Bus stops near to go to Santa Monica and walk to Venice over the beach.
Friendly owners and clean showers and toilets. Perfect place to stay.

Noce expensive view

We had a week end on labour day, I wanted to have an ocean view.. Nice but expensive. Security personnel was rude and inappropriate, campground personnel also.. Site is nice, difficult access to the beech.

Geegous spot

Had a blast with some friends. Easy walk to the beach. Nearby eating spots that are walking distance. The only negative I can say is management shuts your noise down at exactly 10. Other than that the place is amazing with a picture perfect view.

Nice park, bad beach access.

This is a very nice park. Full hookups but dirt spots. It's not easy to walk to the beach, and there is not much around to do.
Beautiful view and good off season rates.

Expencive but worth it

Well we found this site well signed posted & the reception was very good, the manager made us very welcome and details our pitch & services.
The shop carries a large range of foods-drinks etc & RV spares, the restrooms were plentiful & clean.
The vista was well worth the site fee.

Did not feel welcomed

We didn't feel welcomed at all. It seemed that we can only stay if don't touch anything or make any noise. They even make you sign a full page rule set.

Kid's playgroud was a joke. There were lots of tree droppings. Game room had ONE game. Showers were ok, not very private.

My husband felt like there were too many residents living there.

Great views, full hook ups, the most expensive park we stayed at.

Pacific Ocean View

The View on top is great, the RV Park is located in the hill of PCH, so if you want to be on the beach you have to go down and cross the PCH, the Showers are clean, there's a trail at the back of the park, I think we pay for the spectacular view of the Ocean.
