Nice Small Park
Not overly big but nice clean park, staff friendly and very helpful. Great Mexican restaurant and some Great sea food all within walking distance
Better than average
Friendly welcome . Little Store . Nice well-maintained complex with green between the spots . Fine location with port in the Middle . Some shops. Very good Mexican and seafood restaurant within walking distance . Only 2 Unisex Restrooms / Shower . Not particularly clean . Laundry available . Also slow WIFI .
Close to beach, all amenities
Great spot, walking distance to the beach and easy from the number 1 hwy. Internet is fast (and free). I thought a little overpriced at $68 for one night, although we got a 10% discount being Koa members. Quiet at night and clean.
Great location
A small but very convenient park, close to fishing in the ocean, Phil's Fish House, a fruit market with a great deli, and numerous snack shops. Restrooms and showers very clean. A nice and pleasant stay with the cool ocean breeze .

Great place staff great nice and clean. Only bad part wireless Internet is to expensive. Pay by the hour, come on in today's world should be Free!!!!
