Quietly Simple
Quiet park off the beaten path. Facilities are a little out of date and there is not much to do at the park. Spaces are gravel / pavement and are average to small. However, close access to quiet sand dunes is a positive (just watch out for dog droppings as some dog owners are inconsiderate). Horseback riding is also available.
Good Location
Good location that backs up to the sand dunes which makes for great walks! Full Hookups and some cable make your stay comfortable but the layout of the lots could be better...very tight and you either walk out to your neighbors sewer or sit out on the opposite side and sit next to your sewer. Laundry area was very old and only had 2 units and no change. Also, Wi-Fi has a daily fee.

Nice being close to the dunes. However, no recreation other than horseback riding. No pool, no horseshoes etc. Full hookups is nice. Discount because we are Thousand Trails Members!
Nice location
This is out of the mainstream. 50 amp hookups and great views of dunes
