Noisy Paradise
Friendly and efficient staff. The sites are pretty tight. Kid friendly, so if you want to have early evening quiet time this is not the place. Surprise! There?s train tracks running right along the edge of the park. They run all night and blare their horns at every intersection they cross through town. Didn?t get much sleep
Clean friendly but MAJOR issues
Pros: great staff, cool location , engineering staff there to help
Cons: way over priced even during winter! PCH noise in front row , 25+ trains per day from 0500 till midnight EVERYDAY including holidays! Small baths poor internet speeds. Small ,tight spots with limited parking
We will be returning MANY times in the future
We arrived after hours and we had someone waiting to show us to our site! The park is well maintained, immaculately clean, with a great staff! The entire staff was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Most importantly it was quiet! It sits by a rail line but we NEVER heard the train(s). However, we were at the entrance to the park and the back of the park is adjacent to the tracks.
We were looking for somewhere to go on or near the beach, close to the San Diego area. This park exceeded all of our expectations!
Nice with a surprise
The park was well managed and clean, beware of the commuter train that starts early and stops running late.
