Typical Expensive KOA

Typical KOA, made for families and fun. As most KOAs, pretty expensive ($65+ weekdays and $95+ weekends) got your basic site with FHUs (some sites have no sewer hook up but a pumper comes to your site as needed at no extra cost). Very tight spaces with a picnic table and fire ring. WiFi worked pretty good and cable TV. All the amenities like pool, hot tub, petting farm, rental bikes, a bouncy pillow, etc. Friendly staff.

Expected a little more

Hot tub, pool and jumping pillow were not available and we choose the place for these reasons for the kids. People were not so friendly and helpfull

Beautiful Area

Well maintained grounds, site was level, trees didn't interfere with satellite. They did put my credit card on file, not tell me, and implicitly state in paperwork you get charged if your not out by 11:00am which created a fury to get out exactly on time. The sewer was at the very end and we had to use the communal one on the way out.

Hands down best KOA we've ever stayed at

This is a kid's paradise! My kids enjoyed the pool, rock climbing wall, pillow bounce (not sure what else to call it) and the huge playground. I've never been to a KOA like this before....we tend to avoid them, but this one is a destination in itself. Will definitely be coming back here again. Pricey, but with all of the amenities it's worth it.

Very nice and Kid friendly!

I am working in the area and have my wife and two year old son with me. This park is really nice with lots of trees, has playgrounds, bike rentals, pool, hot tub. The employees are really nice and try to accommodate you to the best of there abilities. It's about 30 some miles to San Francisco. It's a little on the spendy side compared to what we are used to paying for a monthly rate but we are in the Bay Area. I would recommend it. $775/month

Great spot, especially for kids

We have our trailer stored here and have been there a number of times. The facilities are always clean, and there are so many fun things for kids to take advantage of. It tends to be at full capacity over summertime, and thus can feel a little cramped. Overall a wonderful spot, though.

Petaluma KOA

Nice rustic park. Close to fuel, driving range and a few miles from grocery store.
Dog friendly, nice staff. I would recommend this park and plan to stay again in route to other destinations.
