Was nice
Satisfied with our stay! Planned on overnighting in Walmart parking lot, but not allowed in Vallejo! Found this place, staff very friendly, in a 40 footer and was to long so they parked us sideway, no problem! Full hookup. Extremely reasonable in price. Dog friendly, as we were here for dog show at fairgrounds. Stayed on Wednesday night and Sunday night, before and after show.
Yuck
Horrible. Unless you like parking in the middle of depressing mobile homes and being in a parking lot. Maybe you'd like a bathroom and showers unavailable for twelve hours of the day because it's padlocked. Then make this a destination. Actually it fits with Vallejo. A sad worn out town with nothing really going on.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Packed in here. No grass. Lots of more per manat campers.

They have several permanent models here. Tight quarters. Nice laundry , friendly staff. Unfortunately for we got nosey neighbor. Complained about everything. How I drove, where I drove, door being open, door being close. Yea one of them
No pool. Close to wine country rate reflects monthly rental
