Overnight big rigs be wary
We were looking for a place to overnight. I called & asked if they could accommodate us with our toad, pull through without unhooking. They said yes. Well the 1st site they sent us too was up in the corner & too short but we didn?t even try it. We?d never be able to make the turn to get out.! Hubby drove around & tried 4 sites, finally the last site he tried we barely fit. Sad to say but we almost asked for a refund & left. Pricey since there is no shade, just a parking lot with some grass.
Quiet in the summer
I am here for a month in the summer and it's super quiet. Walking distance to Wal-Mart and several fast food places. No trees but nice level asphalt sites with grass on either side and good cable and wi-fi.
Not a tree in sight.

Great place to stay!
Wonderful friendly staff.very clean facilities.accommodating. Everyone is 55 and older but there is no age restrictions. It's conveniently right next to walmart and a few gas stations. They have bingo, a xbox360,a pool, and other fun stuff to do. We got a great discount for a wonderful place, I would most defiantly recommend this place to my family and friends. It's nice and quiet. It's pet friendly. There's nothing I can say bad about this place!
