Traveler Tips:

This is a mainly a seasonly and long term park. We have 2 marinas and a boat ramp. What we lack in onsite ammenities we gain two fold by walking across the street to the Village of Islamorada's Founder's Park. Olympic sized pool, splash playground, tennis courts, batting cage, driving cage, yacht marina, sandy bayside beach with boat rentals, ball fields, amphitheater, excerise course, bark park, skate park, bayside boat ramp and woodland preserve. We offer daily ocean sunrises and Founder's offers nighly sunsets...FREE!

Disappointed!

The property manager (Jody) is uncooperative and does not have a customer service bone in her body! She does nothing to help residents or to keep the park clean. The garbage pins are always overflowing. A possible new resident wanted to look at trailers to buy on a Sunday, and she told them "she doesn't work Sundays." I wonder if the owner knows how worthless she is. So much more can be done to better this park. Need a new manager! The neighbors are nice though....

Great Little Gem in the Keys

This place is great, we just bought a little trailer here and we love it. You could not find nicer neighbors to be around. Everyone in this place is always willing to lend a hand. It's a great place to dock your boat being so close to the reef and great fishing spots. This place is not for any SOBE snobs or people expecting hot tubs or swimming pools. It's real people enjoying life in the keys. Jody the manager is a great person and friend and will help you out with any of your needs. Can't wait to go back this weekend :)

I absolutely love this park, the sunrise is absolutely amazing. The people who live here and crazy and amazing. I love every single one of them. Some of the nicest people i have ever met in my life. Anyone will take you out on there boat if you just ask, theres a cute little beach. If you want a better beach there is founders park right across the street, if you take a little trail there is a burnt down mansion and its really interesting. Really good parties here, if your looking to have a good time and meet nice people that will help you with everything this is the place to be :)

Still disgusting!

This place is the WORST! Don't ever stay unless you enjoy garbage, broken beer bottles, abandoned cars and what appear to be drug addicts wandering around all night and day.

The manager ... Jodi something ... was just rude and dishonest in her description of the place.

Refused to refund our overpriced lot fee!

This place is by far the most disgusting filthy place I have ever been too. I couldn't breathe for the stench. They won't refund your money either, cost me $2500. For six weeks and I couldn't stay there it was so nasty. Garbage everywhere through the park, blowing all over.rotten garbage bags piled up in streets.dumpster overflowing and busted beer bottles all over the rocks they call a beach.cars with no mufflers, stealing our electricity, scared to take a walk even for the looks of some of the characters there.bites all over our legs and pets. Their photos must have been taken elsewhere. We snuck out and never went back, went to another campground.don't go. Don't go. Health dept will be there soon I am sure. Ugh. Gross.
