My First trip

I really like my first trip with our new Rv, enjoyed the experience, people at this site is so nice and friendly. I appreciate the neighbors next to us on the first day helping us to setup up everything.

Overall good but horrible WiFi

I was there on business for a meeting at nearby hotel. Very centrally located, nice staff, and decent full service hookup for diesel pusher with toad. However, since I was actually needing wifi connection while there to keep in touch with office and my office files and system, it was impossible with their extremely poor wifi signal at my campsite #643. Had to only use cell signal for emails etc. Wifi signal was poor until I got within 200 ft of clubhouse. This is unacceptable. One of these days I hope RV Park owners will realize the need to have high speed wifi signal to every customer. This is becoming a necessity now, not a luxury. Even their premium "paid" internet service would not work. I will not stay here again unless their WiFi signal is upgraded and guaranteed to be acceptable at my site. Unfortunately, I need to work a few more years so hopefully I can combine it with RV living via WiFi.

looser kids blasting vulgar music

This place has the worst people I have ever seen. My family stayed about 500 feet from a trashy pull behind trailer on lot 61 or 63 with a bunch of looser kids blasting vulgar music day and night. I complained to management 3 times and nothing was done. Don’t stay here trust me if you’re going to Disney World then do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. Kissimmee is really trashy.

Location...Location...Location

Even though we used our Coast-to-Coast membership, we still paid $41.53 per night, but we wanted to be close to Sea World and Discovery Cove for our play days. We went to several different sites before we finally decided on one that was level and did not have huge anthills all over it.

We had a full hookup with water, electric and sewer that also included cable and WiFi, we did not use since we have our own satellite and our Verizon MiFi was great.

The park was huge, they have almost a thousand sites, many were cottages or occupied by long-term renters. The restrooms and showers were very nice and kept clean. The laundry facilities were adequate, the only thing we objected to was you needed to get a card and put money on it. Of course, you can never guess exactly and who wants to have to run up to the office in the middle of laundry to reload the card. We still have over $6 on the card and if we are ever in another area that uses those types, I hope we remember we have the card. Washers were $1.45 and the same for 60 minutes of drying.

Loads of things to do for the kids, both young and old, playground, miniature golf, basketball court, pool and spa, just to mention a few.

We would recommend it to others and if we were ever in the same area, we would stay here again.
