Clean and Tidy
Stayed 3 nights on a back-in lot on the pond. Quiet, clean facilities, and tidy. Looks like they are remodeling the office. Staff was fair, but the cleanliness made up for the staff. short walk or bike ride to the grocery store.
Very nice oak tree setting. Lazy Managenent
RV park has many nice shaded pull through sites. Well maintained. Pool with deck over small lake. Hot tub/spa not working. Nice clubhouse but closed after 9 pm and on Sunday when staff goes home.
Management could or would not make the effort to keep our club rally of 8 RV's near each other. The scattered us all over the place, some sites so far we had to drive up to the club house.
Wifi worked only occasionally and staff did not know or bother to tell us the secret to "log on". A hand out page had misleading instructions.
I guess you have to get nasty with the staff to get them to do their jobs?
No cable TV and too far from Tampa to get on-air signal. Staff, again, could or would not figure out to negotiate CATV contract even though cable is installs throughout the park to crevice more permeant residents? The place needs a senior experienced manager, or a new owner? The "Carefree" franchise must not mean any kind I'd dependable quality! Sad!
