We saw this on Good Sams we site rated 8/8.5/8 very misleading. Site as muddy after rains,most of the RV?s are deplorable. Did not feel safe here only stayed one night

Should've known when the signs on the counter said "NO REFUNDS for ANY reason".
Paid the monthly rate of $370+$100[elec.] for a SWAMP. Now we know what 'mudding' is - a walk to the showers or pool. Only the road is gravel. The rules say no outdoor mats and there is no picnic table at the sites.
Next time we'll go to Cedar Pines instead, not a puddle in the whole place.
Pelican Palms RV Park
Easy access to I-10 with nice level sites. Bright, clean restrooms and well kept pool and landscaping.
Nice park
Nice RV park, right off the highway. Clean bathrooms and clean level sites. The park owners put in a "nature walk" 1/2 mile around the park.
