Silver Springs, FL - Whispering Pines RV Park
This campground is about a mile off the main road so you should have a very quiet stay.
The bathrooms were very well kept and the laundry area was super clean as well. There is no pool. There is a clubhouse with multiple games for you use. The permanent campers are very nice and helpful.
The campground is minutes from Ocala and other activities. There is a walking trail along the back of the campground. I did not take trail while we were there so I cannot voice my opinion.
WiFi is not available at this campground. There is DSL Internet available at the office via a landline.
I do not have any plans to return to the campground.

The park is far off the beaten path but quiet.
They have a fee for DSL Internet hookup and you can use the DSL hookup in the office if you choose.
Cell phone service is hard to get. If you can't get a signal, you have to go to Silver Springs to get one.
Electricity costs 16 cents per kilowatt.
