Very nice!
We were here to tour Kennedy Space Center & this was very convenient. This is a county park so don?t expect a resort. We found it to be very comfortable for our stay. The spaces are far enough apart to feel some privacy. There are lots of trees for shade the hookups were good. Most places have fhu?s. It was quiet even though there were lots of families & kids. Staff was very nice & friendly. My only complaints are that some people don?t pick up after their pets & the trash is not convenient. They probably don?t have the staff to do a daily pick-up do you walk it to big dumpsters way out of the way. We would stay here again!

This park is set in a nature environment with mature Florida trees. A perfect fishing pier to see the Cape's Rocket launches. Clean bathrooms and clubhouse. Descent wifi. Now for the problems. The park is beside busy US1 and a BUSY railroad track. We WOULD stay here again IF we could get a site farther from the road (Sites H,L,M,N). If you are too close to the water, you will here the weekend campers party all night. If you are too close to the road you will wake up everyday at 6am and your RV will shake from the trains that pass by all night long... The employees are county workers, so customer service and friendliness is NOT their top priority. We had reservations for 5 months this Winter, but only stayed 1 month due to lack of SLEEP! I will know better next time we stay here. All sites are sandy.
Newbie second practice trip 4days 3 nights.
20/30/50 amp service. Deep and wide sites. Woodsy. Nice fishing pier and pet friendly. Passport America discount accepted (limited). WiFi available throughout park. CON: 1st night heard about 8 trains and there is a small airport nearby and someone was doing touch and go Landon's until 9pm.

I planned to spend 3 nights here. Ended up being 8 nights. We didn't want to leave. Beautiful wooded sites. Clean bath rooms and an accommodating staff. One of my favorite campgrounds.
I wish there were more stars than just 5
This park was amazing. The people were incredibly sweet, the park was full of trees, the spots were huge with a fire pit. Dock to fish off of and a ramp for kayaks, etc. Space Center right across the water. Sun rise over the water. Clean rest rooms and laundry in two spots, great WARM pool. Best place to be for a launch and just for some amazing camping. We ended up staying there nearly 4 weeks in a pop up with our 3 kids. They loved it there and so did we....one of our top three favorites during the first part of our nomadic life.
