Sites are for sale as well as for rent, Each site is wired for 200 amp for those wishing to have a cabin-style park model on their site. Conveniently located near the NC border and many destination towns. One and one half hour easy drive from Atlanta. Beautiful Mountain Views. Capacity for 300 sites on completion. 4000 Sq Ft Clubhouse, Bathhouse, Excersize Room in progress.

All sites are level an paved, Employees are Super! Will always stay here when in area, Stayed in 45 ft MH for 7 nights

Great Park
Super Park with great views of mountains,Sites are all paved an level,super clean an all employees are super nice and very help full. Only reason not 5 star, No cable tv. We stayed in 45ft MH. Will definitely stay again.
