Women’s Showers Were A Bummer
I’d have given Fisherman’s Corner five stars, but the showers in the women’s bath house were awful. More to the point, the water only ran for about 40-45 seconds for each press of the button. And it didn’t warm up to anything hotter than lukewarm even after multiple restarts of the water. It took forever for me to shower and I have short hair.
I realize we were camping on a budget and we were lucky to have the bathhouse, but we were in town for a special occasion and the shower experience was frustrating.
Husband said the men’s side actually warmed up nicely.
Weekend get away
Nice park with long concrete pads, all are backin. Each has nice fire pit and are well separated. Only electric is availablebutthey do ave dual dump station. It is a challenge to find someone to check in. Evening program next to river. Very buggiie Be sure to bring bug repellent.

Flat pads - good view of Mississippi river. Playground for kids. Friendly. Will be cheaper when we get pass.
