Small dogs (under 20 pounds and limit 2) are allowed without owner’s approval if dog lots are available (located along the dog walk). Pets must remain on a leash (State Law) and not cause a disturbance. They are only allowed on the “DOG WALK”. The dog walk is located along Southport Road in the grassy area (labeled Dog Walk). No pets around lakes. No stakes in dog walk. Dog waste must be picked up immediately. There will be a $50.00 fine or immediate eviction for failure to pick up dog waste in a timely manner. LARGE DOGS (20+ lbs) must be pre-approved. Cats must remain in the RV. No other outside or dangerous pets allowed. PRIMITIVE SITES – NO DOGS ALLOWED.
