Slow down and look

Highway US36 across Kansas can be slim pickings for quality RV Parks. This is really a hidden jewel, but it is really hidden. This park, on the west side of Seneca is behind the Settle Inn Motel. This is a new, attractive hotel/motel which just happens to be in front of the RV park. There is no business connection, just neighbors.
Watch for the RV Park signs and turn into the first drive, not the motel.
This is a small park, 20+ sites, but all pull through, all full hook ups, and all concrete pads. It is clean, neat, and very well kept. The sites are long, we didn't unhook our tow.
The manger is not on site during the day, but does live there. He is down the street at another business. Register and pay by envelope in the slot. You pay for what you want. Wi-Fi and cable are extra.
The bathrooms are very big and very clean. The laundry is well equipped. The park is well lit at night and secure.
There are green lawns and a big decorative pond to walk around. And it all overlooks a golf course. The owner takes a lot of pride in what he has here and it shows.
No, this isn't a vacation spot, but it is a good overnight stop to relax and not worry. There is a Dollar General next door if you need to stock up, we do. And if you take an extra day Seneca is a very nice town with a lot of history and historic places.
