Nice park no complaints

Nice setting, lovely park. Very friendly help at reception. Buildings are a little older but the park looks very nice. Two washer/dryers in very small building but they worked perfect. Free wifi which works allright for mail/internet.
We payed $ 29,00 a night at the end of the season.

Friendly front desk

We stayed here one night on our way through Bangor and found it acceptable. We needed to do laundry and there was only one dryer functional. In addition, the one working hardly worked. The showers are pretty snug. If we were going through Bangor again, we'd probably try one of the other 2 campgrounds. It is a Good Sam park.

Good Homebase For Bangor Visit

This place is a fine home base if you need to get business done in Bangor, or use it to see Acadia when the park is booked. Other than weak water pressure, we saw no problem whatsoever with this park. Yes, the pull through sites are somewhat tight, but not as bad as some KOAs we've been to. Sites are wooded, but we were still able to get a satellite signal. Grounds are clean, laundry facilities work great, staff is super friendly, and the scenery is really pretty. Sure it's not the beach Maine scenery, but it's a lovely park-like setting. We liked it a lot.
