Mixed feelings
This is a HUGE campground, obviously aiming for the family trade. There are lots of things to do, including a lake with lots of beach. Some of the sites are in the pines, others are in the open. In October, you want to be in the open, and 2 RVs move in next to us; they were originally parked in the pines. Site needs some leveling, but not a whole lot.
However, there are only 2 bathhouses for 200 campsites. Each bathhouse has 2 showers for men and 2 for women. That's 4 showers for 200 RVs! Wow! I guess they expect you to shower in your RV.
Every weekend has a theme with lots of activities, so if you want a destination campground and have a shower in your RV, this will probably be a good place for you. For us, it is one of the few campgrounds still open at this time of the year. We shower in our RV.
