Nice Park
This is a nice well maintained roadside park. The owner maintains it and his enthusiasm is contagious. This was a nice stay
Beautiful
Beautiful park, plenty of room, not much in the way of amenities, but full hook ups, and pull through sites.
Convenient
Convenient, clean, well maintained RV park. Plenty of shade, all gravel full-hookup sites. Most are pull-thru some are back-in. If you are looking for a swimming pool and loads of costly amenities this is not your place; instead you'll be relaxing in a comfortable setting with a nice country feeling. The park has a very small clubhouse that is not open all of the time; there is also a small camp store but we did not visit. The park advertises wifi but it did not work well most of the time. We were able to use the satellite antenna but that would not be the case at every site. Received 3 television channels via the over-the-air rooftop antenna.
The park is very close to many natural areas and water based attractions nearby and much of that is referenced on their website. This is a good place to stay for either an overnight or a few days to experience the local area. The park has their own hiking trail that is very well done. The only negative about the park itself is that it is located adjacent to US Hwy 60 and there is a good deal of road noise during daylight hours; after dusk and overnight that wasn't as noticeable.
We stayed here one night in our travel trailer and would visit again.
