Sites are Nice
Overall I recommend this park if you need to stop near here. It is convenient to two interstate highways and very easy to find. The sites are nice with plenty of space and your own patch of grass. Although there are restroom facilities, they are in desperate need of remodel/update, so much so that you will want to be totally self-contained if you stay here. When the water table (dry spell with no rain) falls low, the water starts to look rusty/brown. There are a few long-term rigs but mainly overnighters. The park has a good reputation and does a brisk business. It is quiet and peaceful. At this time, the owner is the original owner who built the park and is quite a character. We stayed here in a 5th wheel and would do so again in passing through.

Live Sex tantalizer Causticity
Lambert's, the Home of "Throwed" Rolls, is right down the street and they will provide a shuttle to the park. Better yet, drive east on Hwy 62 about five miles to Bertrand and try the daily special at Darlene's Cafe. Two Food Giant stores (one smaller and one larger) are also on Hwy 62/East Malone in Sikeston for groceries. There is also a Wal-Mart in town. For yummy tomatoes and homemade salsa, stop at a roadside produce stand on Hwy N (I think...it's to the east and splits off of Hwy 62 at the curve before Bertrand). You go past a sign saying there are Fainting Goats for sale!
