Good for fishing
Very clean and well kept campground but most sites are set up permanentaly. The sites are small with little view but they do have a good amount of shade. However this is a good spot for fishing and boating on High Rock Lake. The marina does have boats for rent but they do not allow for swimming in the lake.
Great for fishing
If you are a fisher person this is the place for you, if not bring a book since lake swimming is not allowed. Campground is very clean and well maintained. However, most sites had RVs set up permantly and the rest are smallish with little view but do have shade. Great for boaters with both a boat ramp and ample parking for boats and trailers. Camp store also has grill and hand-dipped ice cream.
Great place to fish
We stayed here in the Fall; beautiful area. You can rent boats to go out on the lake to fish or in my case, drown worms. A number of long term trailers were there, but it didn't feel or look like a trailer park. Nice people. Our sites were level, but there are some that weren't. Bring your fishing pole.
