Great facility

I have stayed here a couple of times, friendly staff, very well built facility, big pull throughs, level pads, lots of space, numerous wi-fi antennas fast service, easy in out for our 45' rig with tow. Easy access to town, La Mesa and Camping World across highway, right off of 40.

Worth stopping for

This campground is conveniently located off of I40 with easy access from the highway. An attendant lead us to our paved, 50 amp pull through site. The shower facilities were clean and the camp store was stocked with a good amount of supplies. We would stay here again

Almost a 5 Star

Upon arrival everything appeared wonderful. The RV Park is huge, nice concrete patios with picnic table, spacious sites, friendly people, pool (though not open for season yet), and I imagine the laundry was good (though we didn't check it out bc we were just staying overnight). On the surface it seems like everything I would expect of a 5 Star. However, customer service is generally what separates 5 Stars from 4 Stars, in my opinion. Let me explain: we had an issue with their cable. It was not working at our site. I went to the office to explain the situation and the guy said they were closing but he would "try" (key word) to send someone over to check it out. Two hours later, we gave up on that happening and reverted to our antennae for channels (one of my husband's pet peeves is paying for a service and not getting it). The next morning, I politely went into the office and told them I wanted to make them aware that cable did not work at our site; I told them I did not know if it was on our end or theirs, but it worked for us at our last stop of 4 nights. The office lady then told me,"oh yeah, that site had been blocked off and they must have removed it bc when you called it was the last pull-thru we had." I told her that I was happy we could get a site in the Park, but I would have expected that they would tell me if there was an issue ahead of time and that I thought a discount should have been offered if a service is advertised and we don't receive it. She smiled and told me thanks for letting them know. And that was the moment they fell from the stars in my review! We would stay here again bc everything else was wonderful and the rate was reasonable... Despite the minor hiccup.

Albuquerque, NM

Nice park, friendly staff. I like the escort to your site....only negative would be low water pressure they too are in a drought. Seems close to freeway but noise is minimal

Beautiful park

Yes, it is right off I40. But it is VERY nice. Concrete roads and pads, big table, pool and spa (not open March 13), very nice continental breakfast, immaculately clean. Would definitely come here again!

Comfortable, Nice Park

We stayed here from September 27, 2014 to October 1, 2014. This park is very well kept with very spacious sites. The staff escorts you to your site, gets you parked and makes sure you are comfortable with the hookups. They have a great dog run (which has just been remodeled) for those of us traveling with our pets. The free continental breakfast every morning was good and very busy. Wide streets, long level concrete pads for parking. Cell phone service was excellent and cable tv was good.

Nice!

Great park! A little road noise is heard. One tip: if you don't have dog(s), make sure they don't place you close to the dog run. Sometimes there is lots of barking.
