Not what they claim!
No Pool use, always closed and not working, No internet, impossible to get on, much less stream a movie! No security, and the cops show up regularly. The unfinished fence falls every time the wind blows and if you want something fixed, fix it yourself or get out, price keeps rising but missing the amenities they "so called" claim to offer.
Easy access
I first stayed here a couple years ago, and the place has really changed. For the better! It offers all the amenities, its clean and safe, for a very reasonable price. And for New Mexico Veterans. It offers easy access to the VA campus. It's also very close to all major highways. Second only to the balloon park, the view of the balloons is awesome!!!....CZ

Bad Cutomer Service and even worse owners.
The RV park should not really be called a "park". It is all dirt with no grass and almost no trees. Water goes out all the time. The office says its open 9 to 5 but just about 75% of that time it is still closed. The main owner who work in the office is never there, if he is he will never say hi or be nice. He is rude and will act as if he is to good to talk with anyone. The pools are never opened in the summer when they should be. if you need Wifi you have to go to the office and get a password but good luck cause the office is never opened.
Balloon View RV Park
When I made reservations I did not have any idea what the park had to offer... I was pleasantly surprise at the location and setup of the park... The managers where so helpful to us and answered all are questions in a professional manner... They made sure we were setup and did not need anything... This park is a mixture of long term and short term rv/renters.... The long term folks were very happy to visit with us and gives us advice where the best places were to watch the Hot Air Balloons and were to eat or sightsee. A total of 8 Hot Air Balloons came down in the field outside the gate of the park... I was able to help with the balloons and a special one was from Austin Texas which is 125 miles from our home... The balloons drifting over the park were a special site.. As you can see they were very close... This is a great park at a reasonable price.
