OK Resort for Stopover
First, the good: staff is excellent. Park is quiet and seems safe. Very convenient access off I-40, Zuzax exit near Tijeras. Close to Albuquerque, but more scenic. Pinon trees around park. Nice pool, adequate clubhouse and facilities. Now the negative: this could be a really great park with some investment. Dead trees need to be cut; new trees need to be planted; grass needs to be cut and more gravel should be added to cut down on mud problem when it rains. Sites are small, too close together, with no picnic tables. Feels like a trailer storage lot. The owners are fairly new, so hope they will get on the ball here. This could be a great park with TLC and small investments.
