Nice

Not a bad little park, not too crowded. The only downfall is there is no grass for the dogs but thats the case for most of Nevada

Good stop

Good place to spend a nite or two. The review that said there is hot pools here is incorrect . They are at the hot springs.

Definitely the best in Beatty

Stayed two nights here and enjoyed the area attractions (Death Valley, Rhyolite, Beatty Museum, etc) Nice simple park. Nothing fancy, but has level gravel sites, laundry and bath, and decent wifi. Easy pull-thrus, quiet park, and very friendly staff. I liked being lulled to sleep by the passing burros each night :-)

Hot Springs

We always try to find RV parks with hot springs. This was a delightful find. The owners work hard at making you feel comfortable. 3 private very clean pools of different temperatures. 99 degrees to 105 degrees. They are enclosed in 3 small sheds that offer private soaking. Great wi fi. Campsite itself is adequate but not spectacular. We are here for the hot waters - not the comfy camp site. Nice level sites with hook ups.

Best in Beatty

If you are going to Death Valley and want/need electricity and/or water, this is the place. It was 104 degrees in Death Valley when we were arriving and we decided we wanted air conditioning. Actually, Beatty was about 20 degrees cooler!
Management is very friendly and while the park is all gravel--gravel, gravel everywhere--it's about what we expected in this rather desolate part of the world. It has a rec hall with TV, if you want that. It has WOW bathrooms with huge marble showers; they are all-in-one rooms (shower, toilet and sink). Pretty impressive. And it has a good wifi connection at no charge. That matters to us.
