Recent Visit

This place is a great place to escape from reality for a few days. The RV campground is very large and has a number of amenities, which makes your stay pleasant. It has a close proximity to the Strip.

Unfortunately, the spaces are tight in between units and it is located next to an Interstate. Even with this, we slept soundly in the RV campground. The security at the front gate was a positive even though the RV was in a good neighborhood.

The pool, laundry facilities, bathroom were all well maintained and clean.

Would I recommend this park? Absolutely. Would we come back? Absolutely.

Truly an oasis

We love this park. Paved, restrooms clean, staff are friendly, it's a beautiful place to camp, can't wait to come back. Far from the strip but it's only 4 miles drive. The best rv park in las Vegas.

Beautiful park

This is a beautiful park, the nicest one we have stayed in in our 4 years of RVing. There are 2 pools--adults only and family pool. There is a lovely restauarnt/cafe on site. There are activities. There is grass between the sites with a picnic table. The only negative is that they charge for wifi, but I had a good iPhone connection so I never used it. We got a deluxe site, which is only $5 more than the standard site. It gets you a pull thru site (rather than back in) closer to the clubhouse and pool. The standard sites have picnic tables, but they have desert landscape (which means gravel between sites rather than grass). They are also closer together.
It is just a block from I215 and a block from Las Vegas Blvd. You can take a bus to the Strip or park on the Strip. We actually took our 24' RV to the Bellagio, they valeted it and it cost us a $5 tip.

Great Park!

This is a very well maintained park with a lot of amenities. There are two pools and a hot tub, with some designated as adult only. There's a well stocked store and cafe, fitness center, parks, dog runs and the management quite helpful. The spaces are all in rows surrounding the central pool area, but there is adequate space between them.

The location is fantastic if you need access to the south end of the strip or airport. Unfortunately, the park no longer offers shuttle service, and it is a $15-20 taxi ride each way. There is security on patrol non-stop, and they're quite friendly.

We used our Passport America for our first 3 nights and received a basic pull-thru space. When we wanted to extend for a couple more nights at the full rate, we were forced to moved spots. Get this, they wanted us to move one spot over to an identical spot! It was very annoying, and if we hadn't been so tired after attending a conference for several days, we might have just left instead.

AT&T & Verizon both had solid signals here, so we didn't need to use their wifi (which was extra).

All and all, if we need to be in Las Vegas for a conference again - we'd stay here.

Rate reflects a standard site without discounts. They honor Passport America, FMCA and Good Sam.

We'll be back!

My partner and i had a wonderful stay in this park. Plenty of room to park our miata on the lot and our dog loved the pet freindly attitude of the park!! The minigolf course was a little underwheming but a cute touch and the shuttle service to casinos was good too!

Oasis is a true Gem in the Desert!

Great park located close to freeways and the south end of the strip. We have found the east side of the park to be very quiet, family friendly, and plenty of room between RVs. We love having grass, parking for two cars at each site, picnic table on a paved patio. All paved roads and sites. Nice pool (kids pool was a little dirty, but it was getting a lot of use so it may be just overused.) Workout room, showers thru-out the park...no complaints from this traveling family of 4.
