Great Park {{Route Advice}}

No complaints at all! Clean park, SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF! Easy access to casino and amenities (note:we aren't gamblers but liked the restaurants and shopping just over the bridge). Seems to be a popular park...almost full during our 2-stay. ROUTE ADVICE: Don't take Needles Hwy on Cali side! That is the route my GPS sent us on and it's in terrible shape! I'm amazed that we didn't blow tires/shocks just on that 11 miles of pure hell! Take the 95 thru Ft Mohave and then over on Aztec Dr toward Aha Macav Pkwy to the park.

Clean but a bit of road noise

The park is kept clean & the bathrooms are recently remodeled with a code to get in. Wifi is good. There is a lot of road noise if you are on the side of the park for the bigger rigs (behind the office). It kept me up most nights. The Avi casino across the street (an easy walk) is not too smoky, has many restaurants, a super pool & jacuzzi. They also have a big beach right on the CO river. The exercise is a teeny tiny room that didn't have a tv in it when we were there. No cable tv at the park. The people at the front desk are extremely unfriendly & our friends who have stayed there for years say it's always been that way. No activities, difficult to ride or walk into town, unless you're a gambler or have a boat to go on the river it's a pretty boring place. Oatman is a cute town close by. And you can get cheap gas & a bit of shopping in AZ just a few minutes away. Rate based on weekly stay in a lg spot.
