They say they are making improvements...

We were here two years ago and decided to not come back. Well, we gave it another chance and we regret it. The office staff is nasty and the young kids that work here have NO respect for customers or anyone at all. They rent golf carts now for $500 a week. They enforce a very strict 5 MPH policy...for everything but golf carts. Kids are zooming around on these things and going through other people's campsites. It rained and three of our four campsites were under water. Not wet, under water. That was after we had to argue with them that we were supposed to be together but we were about 30 sites apart. When we asked why we were separated, we were told they do not hold spots. When we told them that we were moving to be together they said that we couldn't because people were coming in on the weekend. We asked about the whole saving sites thing and they did accommodate us but we regretted it because we were in such a low spot. The largest sites have 30 amp service and the tent/pop up sites have 50 amp service. They did put a septic system in but all that did is make odors come through the campground from the new septic fields. I think we really mean it when we say we are NOT returning again.
