Nice spot to stay!

Owners met us on our arrival and helped us select a site that would best suit our needs. Offered extra firewood and were attentive to any questions we had. The restaurant was not open while we were there, but we were advised it was open when larger groups were in. Close to everything so this was not an issue. Very peaceful place to camp until the very last night when a neighbor of the campground decided to practice his guitar from 11pm until 3 am. Not the fault of the camp. We have a new 43 ft rig and there was plenty of room for it in the spot as well as room to enjoy our camp space around the rig. We set up and played cornhole as well as had a couple of marshmallow roasts with our grandkids when they came over to visit.

Invisible

Just returned home from a weekend at Yesterdays Rv Park and I was far from impressed. I had read on another site somewhere that there was a restaurant on site? No, restaurant here. Just an old classic car in the back 40 and heavy equipment scattered strategically about the property. Thank goodness we knew our neighbors because our sites were pretty much on top of each other. The owners were unfriendly, walking by us numerous times and never saying a word which I thought was a bit rude. For $45 bucks a night , we expected a least a hello. Only good part was the bathrooms were clean and its close to the Renaissance Festival. We will not be returning to Yesterdays again.

A wonderful experience

Ralph and I would like to thank you for a great four days at Yesterdaysrvpark. We had 15 coaches and I believe I speak for all 30 of us. We had two groups, one from Central NY and the other from Canada. Laurie's personal touch was certainly appreciate. Tocome around and check to see if everything was ok and were there any problems. We had a small leak in the water connection, but Laurie was on the phone and
Dale was there in record time. Problem solved.TY you Dale. As we sat around the bon fire, wood supplied by Ron and Laurie, we agreed that we would make your facility a yearly gathering for our group. Thanking you sincerely, Ralph and Anita Walker, N Syracuse NY

Great Mom and Pop Campground

It was our first rv experience and it started as a fiasco. From an accident to pouring rain, our first time out would have been a diaster but Yesterday's made it all worthwhile! !!!
The owner Ron, was fantastic. He helped the 'rookies'on set up and level our fifth wheel in the pouring rain!! He fed us.. The restaurant that is a museum, was delicious and all foods fresh and freshly prepared to order. We spent every morning with Ron.
So if you are looking for a laid back, quiet campground with hometown appeal and great owners, Yesterdays is for you.
We are going back this year and can't wait!!!
And you can't beat the price!!!!

Horrible human being and a terrible way to gain customers

Yesterdays RV requires a full deposit for your stay at their campsite. I felt a little nervous about this but wanted to do something nice with the family/kids and decided on the Oswego festival, everything was booking fast so I thought I'd try a new place, Yesterdays RV. We mailed our money order for the full amount of almost $200.00 in the beginning of June for a late July trip. The week of our trip, my wife was struck with heatstroke and ended up in the hospital, the doctors could not figure out what was going on, she couldn't breathe due to pleurisy and had lost control of her bladder when it hit her. I contacted Yesterdays RV immediately which was about 2 days prior to our scheduled trip and told them of our situation and that the doctors did not want my wife traveling. Instead of having some human compassion for this terrible situation that we were facing at home and trying to work with us, it was clear that Laurie had an 'oh well' attitude stating that she could've rented the cottage and we would likely not receive our deposit back. Me, my wife, and our children were already devastated that we couldn't go, we had been planning this trip for 2 months. I explained to Laurie that I wasn't looking for the whole deposit, I understand she is running a business, but to work with us and even send something back, even half would've been feasible, she never called us, we contacted her again, she claimed she could not rent the cottage and we would receive nothing back. We had never been there, we will never make reservations there again and we tell everyone that we come across not to go to Yesterdays RV. Thanks to Yesterdays RV we will never trust any place that requires a full deposit for this very reason - life happens and good business recognizes this. Only the lowest of the low human beings would require a full deposit down and then stiff their customers completely if something terrible happened to them. Our experience with Yesterdays RV was very disappointing, to say the least.
