Owner is extremely shady. Is a slumlord at all of his properties. He also owns the trailer park on Texanna Rd and his tenants live with mold, serious plumbing issues etc. He refuses to take care of his properties, does not come make repairs when you need them. Will just wait until you leave and they never get done. Won't refund your money when things don't work. Greedy and dirty.
