Fabulous park!

We loved our stay here! The sites are enormous and very well maintained. You even have your own trash and recycling can that they pick up daily. Our son got sick the morning we were to check out and the girl in the front office was so kind and juggled things a bit so we could stay in our site an extra day even though the park was full. We would totally stay here again.

Perfect

This place is great. Nice grounds with large enclosed hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, dog park, laundry room, lounge, and much more. The sites were large, nicely paved with table/chairs, garbage cans and hookups. Large grassy areas and beautiful pine trees. Would definitely recommend this park.

Disappointing

Grounds/facilities are nice but YOU SHOULD KNOW if you have any issues, the manager and owners do not appear interested in retaining customers. We stayed there for a weekend recently with another couple in a site nearby. Found the manager (blonde female) a little off-putting at check in but didn't worry about it. When we checked out we let her know our site was flooded from the sprinklers that morning and we were upset that despite paying good money, we had to dump our holding tanks and deal with cords, hoses, etc., while wading through a couple inches of water. She offered 5% off our bill and refused to give us the name of anyone above her to contact. Ultimately, one of the owners came to our site prior to our departure. He confirmed a 5% discount for our experience was the most they would do (equating to $7). We told him to keep the money and asked shouldn't he be concerned about us spreading the word about this place to our friends. At that point he said "maybe we don't want your friends around here" (our friends are law enforcement, veterans, etc.) Anyway, my husband and I travel a lot and are accustomed to some level of customer service. We don't seek handouts or expect something for nothing. It was just pathetic after a fun weekend with friends that this place had no concern about our experience or whether the service they provide would prompt us to return.

Cancellation Policy

Made a month long reservation in anticipation of buying and closing on a home in Bend. Time line accelerated on the closing and made it possible for us to move in well ahead of the RV site reservation commencing Sept 9. Called Crown Villa Sept 2nd and asked about refund policy in light of these extraordinary circumstances. There appears to be no leeway on the refund policy. Not happy with the Park's response to my request for all or a portion of the $200 deposit refunded. Suggestion.....make sure your reservation period is not subject to something that may be out of your control because there certainly is no mitigation considered allowed by the park. I think a bit heavy handed!!!!!

Great RV Park on Resort Like Settings!

I have a 40 foot Winnie and when they said I did not need a pull-thru site I was skeptical. But when I got there and saw the 30x70 foot paved level pads I understood. The place looks like it is an ownership park but it isn't. It's a couple dollars more than the other place you can stay in Bend and worth it!
