Great location, easy access

Wide paved road with no sharp curves to registration building, then park and site pads are gravel. New owners provide great customer service and are working on making a beautiful park. New landscaping.
On site 24/7 park managers.
Almost no trees. View east from park is of I5, view west is a mobile home park in good condition. Right off I5, but not too close to Interstate.
Restrooms and showers are not ADA. No grab bars, no seating., no wide toilet stall or wide shower. Very clean.
Was in a back-in site that had electric and water at beginning of site, sewer hook-up mid site. Moved to a pull-through where utilities were accessible without extensions. Angled pull through sites. Site width 30'. Water hook-ups are close to ground.
Laundromat has front loaders.
Creswell has diesel close by with the lowest prices in area.
