Round Lake Golf RV Park

Good for montly needs

I'm a traveler nurse looking for a monthly space as we (husband, pets and I) are living on a 5thw. Long term rentals in KF are hard to find. KOA never has them besides they want almost $900 for narrow spaces. There is a local motel that also has RV spaces in their back parking, but is just that, living in a parking space and there is no where to walk b/c it is right on the HWY. For less that 1/3 of the price that other parks charge you can live here in the middle of the woods 15 mi away from the buss and fuzz of down town. The drive is very pleasant and you get to see lots of deer. There are also some mobile homes but the spaces are comfortable and you can water your grass and make your lot nice and cute. Also you are right next to the mountains where there is a lot hiking areas available. The golf course has seen better times, but its abandoned space make great walking areas for doggies and if there is no one around you can even throw a Frisbee or a ball. I gave the place 4 stars b/c it can definitively benefit from some TLC, but for our needs it worked out just fine. Happy travels.
