Covid-19

We arrived without a reservation and we had no problem getting a site largely due to Covid-19. campgrounds and national parks are just opening up in phase one.
Planning to stay only one night we encountered a mechanical issue with our RV so in the throws of things we went into the nearest town to get parts and I forgot to pass on the message to the office that we needed to extend our stay.
The RV Park had only a handful of occupied sites (we are here on a Thursday) I was disappointed to get the attitude
from the front office for not giving them advanced notice of our intended stay. I was told, ?we could have sold that site? well as I see it you did sell the site, to me.
As a business owner you learn how to talk to the hand that feeds you not bite the heads of those who will be writing your review.
The amenities, restrooms, pool, playground were not open yet the nightly fees were still full price.
Bottom line these are rough times. Being kind and understanding and accommodating in every way possible.
This must be under different management from the the time before we stayed here and the office staff was fantastic.
We won?t be staying here again.
