Very neat and tidy
The park is sparkling clean. Nice laundry room with lots of washers and dryers. Inside pool and hot tub. Sites are very level. Concrete pads, paved inner roads.
Only negative is that there aren't any picnic tables at the sites (which are about 14' apart) and, of course, no fire rings. Looks like a lot of people are here for the long term.
And, also of course, there is a whole page of rules. Why do the private parks have so many rules and the public parks have so few?

Top rated
Just outside Portland. The park was very nice. Each site had grass, lots of room, bathrooms and showers where spotless and large. Didn't have a chance to use the pool or spa. I would recommend this to my friends.
