Went camping with my family this weekend. We all had a great time. the lake and campgrounds are well maintained and beautiful. Even the dogs had fun watching the chipmunks and taking walks around the campground.
Be Sure It Suits Your Needs
PLus.Nice park. Not for everyone. Spaces are big,rigs well kept,full timers take pride in their grounds. Very reasonable. Quiet. Gravel roads. Not many kids. Lake great,sandy beach and bottom,shallow so kid friendly.
Negatives
Allows dogs but you cannot walk them off your site. Impossible for a big dog to stretch his legs.No pool.Not near the lake at all,a long walk so kids have to be older to go alone.
No camp store,don't sell large containers of water. No garbage pick up at site.
It was pleasant but I would not go back. Inconvenient for our needs.
