Memorable experience

We REALLY enjoyed our stay a this gem of a campground adjacent to Smoky Mt National Park. The pool was clean and perfect temperature. The sites were nice, large and level. We didn't even have to use blocks to level our camper! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Pretty awesome

I don't know what the deal is with the person that wrote the review from June 24th but I think they have the wrong campground! Internet?? Really, you're camping. This place was awesome. Super clean and very friendly. Do the UTV tour. Incredible...... Will come back for sure.

Like camping in a gravel pit

The bathrooms were clean, but if you wanted to use them you needed to take a towel for drying your hands. No paper towels or air dryers. There were also no trash cans anywhere in the park. You had to take the trash about 1/8 of a mile to the dumpster near the gate. There wasn't a blade of grass on the property. Everywhere is big chucky gravel. Like camping in a gravel pit.
We paid for a pull through site, which is an extra $3. We decided not to take our pull trailer and didn't need it. We were told immediately that there would be no refund on the money. The internet was very slow and kept locking us out. I tried several computers and got the same results. I reported it to the owner, but he took a hard stand and said it was my fault. He wouldn't let me explain the problem to him. I used to work IT, so I know how things work. Upon leaving I asked if I could have a receipt for the gate card to show I turned it in, and this same owner just went off on me. He cursed and dropped F-bombs and told me to get off the property. I asked he why he was getting so upset, but he just kept telling me to leave. I guess I insulted him by asking for a receipt. I have NEVER been treated so badly. I gave them 1 STAR only because I couldn't give them anything lower.

A Great Place to Stay

Great RV park and you can't beat the price as they accept Passport America. We recently stayed 3 nights and had a fantastic time. Took only one trip to Pigeon Forge to eat out but both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are very convenient.

The sites were spacious, the bath house was exceptionally clean, the pool was great, and the store was well stocked with RV needs as well as gifts and provisions. We don't live far away but this is easily our new favorite spot to stay when we visit Pigeon Forge.

Nothing more to say except this was a wonderful place to stay.
