Not worth it
Wanted to see Knoxville and surrounding countryside but didn't want to stay in tourist haven of Pidgeon Forge. We have 38 and had problems with getting level. Wooden porches falling apart and permanents not neat.

Near Knoxville
The fact that it is near Knoxville is about the only thing going for it. The campground is mostly long or full timers; not very neat; sites are uneven gravel; tight; poor amenities; steep areas; not pretty and not inexpensive.
