HORRIBLE MANAGER/OWNER

Horrible Manager/Owner! We were assured, via phone, that we could reserve a specific site, but when we got there we had been moved to a different site in a less expensive payment category. We never received a courtesy phone call telling us that we would be moved... we we not given the code to the bathroom on night one, just a paper stuck to the closed office door telling us that we were in a different site than the one reserved. I called the manager three times during the next week to discuss our negative experience. She refused to return my call. I eventually threatened to dispute the charges in my credit card, and SURPRISE, she called me right back... but only to yell at me and eventually HANG UP ON ME. The lack of professionalism displayed by this woman is UNBELIEVABLE. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is a small written notice on the website that states that the sites are never guaranteed, so this Witch was allowed to take our money and run. Shame on you, Bayou Shores RV Resort. This place has a lot of potential, and the front desk help was nice enough. However, I cannot EVER recommend this place to anyone I know, for fear that they may have a run in with this ridiculous excuse for a manager.
